After submitting your order a confirmation email will be sent. We do not currently support order status tracking. Our orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed on holidays or after 12:00 noon CST on Friday will be processed on the next business day. If for any reason we expect a delay in the processing of your order, we will promptly notify you.
Orders may take up to 24 hours to process. Shipping charges are an additional amount & will be calculated based on the total order amount. Orders can be shipped to any address in the United States (Alaska & Hawaii - please contact us for shipping estimate.)
Our standard shipping method is UPS (or SpeeDee where available).

If the In-Store Pick Up option is chosen you will be notified of the date purchase is available for pick-up. Items must be picked up within 14 days of date ordered or your credit card will be refunded for your purchase, less a 20% re-stocking fee. In-Store Pick Up will be at our store location on Hwy 11 in Greenbush during normal business hours.
We are required by law to charge Minnesota residents sales tax on all taxable items.
We currently accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover credit cards for payment.
If you are not satisfied with an item you purchased, you may return it for a refund or exchange for up to 15 days from the date you receive the item.
| ||If you want a refund, we will credit your account for the cost of the item, not including shipping charges. Refunds will be issues back to the original credit card. If your order is returned due to an invalid shipping address or because it goes unclaimed, we will credit your account for the cost of the items only - not for the shipping charges.|
Please note that we will not accept items that have been used, or damaged in any way. The item must be in the condition you received it and must have all tags attached.

Included with every order is your order's invoice. You will need to send a copy of that invoice along with the item(s) you are returning. Please indicate on the invoice or an attached note why you are returning the item and what action you would like us to take (exchange, or credit your card). If you do not have your invoice, please also include the following information with your note:
